767 transferable permits have been cancelled.
-145 net permits have been added through conversion from nontransferable to transferable status through the CFEC adjudication process.
The number of transfers includes 354 loan foreclosures by the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development or by the Commercial Fishing and Agriculture Bank, along with 347 subsequent transfers from these entities.
