(1) The reader is again cautioned that the 1991 to 1994 sablefish data herein represent a "blend" of fish ticket and WPR data. This was necessary because, since 1990, no single data source has included all of the sablefish catch. Thus, the data on sablefish harvests may differ from those reported on other blended data sources. For an account of how the sablefish data were combined see Appendix I.

(2) 1991 to 1994 WPR data for catcher-processors does not include a port of landing. Thus for these years the catcher- processor catch was not assigned to a port. Although 1995 RAM data do include a port of delivery, 1995 sablefish catcher processor harvest was not assigned to a port in order to provide for a more consistent time series.
