Abstract:
This report was prepared at the request of Sen. Drue Pearce. It contains data on the resident and non-resident composition
of permit holders in certain Cook Inlet fisheries and the resident and non-resident composition of their earnings. Time
series data on permit values in Cook Inlet limited fisheries are also provided. Some information is provided on the net shift
in permit holders by resident-type due to transfer.
