Abstract:
This report looks at fish ticket catch records of groundfish trawlers in the Gulf of Alaska during 1993. It provides
summary data on the number and percentages of resident and non-resident skippers, and the amount and percentage of the
total harvest recorded by resident and non-resident skippers. The report looks also at the number and percentage of
vessels recording landings that were owned by residents and non-residents, and splits the total catch into resident and non-
resident vessel components. This report was prepared at the request of the Department of Fish and Game.
