Abstract:
This report looks at harvest and participation in the Togiak roe herring gill net fishery over the 1975-1995 time period. The
report divides interim-use permit holders with landings into three resident-types, "local" to the fishery, "nonlocal" to the
fishery, and "nonresident." Harvest and earnings are also assigned to these resident types.
